The Embassy of Hungary represents Austria, the Kingdom of Belgium (from March 1, 2026), and the Kingdom of Denmark in the Schengen visa process. The Embassy of Hungary provides only "C" type Schengen Visa on behalf of the represented countries.
On behalf of the Kingdom of Belgium, the Embassy of Hungary exclusively issues Schengen Visas under the following specific conditions:
- The ad hoc representation will start on March 1, 2026, and will end on December 31, 2026. 02. 24.
- the exclusion of visas with limited territoriality; only Schengen visas will be issued
- the respect of the minimum application time of 15 days prior to the intended travel date

Visa applications can be submitted at the VFS Global Visa Application Center after prior registration.
