The partnership represents recognition of the company’s activities in foreign markets and ensures further prioritized support through the tools offered by the state export-promotion institutional system. Agreements concluded within the framework of the Outstanding Exporter Partnership Program signal to the wider public the Government’s commitment to increasing exports and supporting domestic companies that are particularly successful in foreign markets, which may also encourage companies that do not yet export, or only export occasionally, to expand their international activities. Another aim of the program is to deepen cooperation with outstanding exporter companies, involve them more closely in state export-promotion programs, and include them in the development of export-promotion instruments and in policy consultations. In line with the objectives of the National Export Strategy (NEXT) adopted in March 2019, OEPP companies can be developed into internationally recognized “Hungarian multinational companies” and into brands that embody the country’s image.
